Welcome to Self-Management BC

Programs to choose From!

FREE health programs for adults of all ages living with one or multiple ongoing health conditions, offered throughout British Columbia online, by telephone, or by mail.

The COVID-19 situation remains unpredictable. The health and safety of participants and volunteers are our priority. At this time, the in-person six-session community based programs are on hold.

If you are only interested in attending an in-person program, please email selfmgmt@uvic.ca with your name and community and we will follow up with you when we are able to resume our in-person programs.
